Canadian magazine classifies the Azores as PARADISE




The Canadian magazine "Travel Courier" dedicates its latest edition to the Azores, enumerating the characteristics that make the archipelago a paradise.
The location, mild climate throughout the year, the food, whith highlight for the seafood, tea, pineapple, flora and hospitality with which the Azorean receive visitors, are some of the aspects that deserve attention.

The publication also ranks the unforgettable landscapes of the Azores and highlight some activities: golf, whale watching, geotourism, sailing, surfing, windsurfing and bird watching.

Places to visit, Travel Courier makes some suggestions: "Algar do Carvão" (Coal Algar) in Terceira island, the Interpretation Centre Capelinhos in Faial island, and Pico island.
